REVIEW:

Holden will have you swooning and hoping for him to get his what-if girl. Reese is a wonderfully strong woman, with some issues she needs to clear up before she can have her what-if guy. When these two meet it is an instant connection and chemistry like nothing I’ve ever seen.

The banter and getting to know you stages these two have are spectacular. Unfortunately, they are forced apart by their jobs, but they never forget each other. Neither one even tries to be with anyone else for the two years they are separated. When they meet up the second time, they pick up right where they left off, until something that could derail them permanently is revealed.

I loved the fact that they worked through the issues together and gave each other the time requested to work things out. I also adored the way he treated her, with respect and honesty. She also treated him as the only one that mattered. They truly came full circle and the way he declared his love for her had me swooning so hard.

I always feel like Ms. Blakely outdoes herself when I read her books and this was no exception. I can’t wait to read Declan’s and Grant’s story, as well as Chance and Sierra’s. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest, voluntary review.
